Judy is a 16-year resident of Greenehaven and a past Board Member of Greenehaven Property Owners Association. Very active in civic activities, Judy is a Page Hospital Board Member, past Board Member of the Page Chamber of Commerce, was coordinator for the Page Adult Literacy Service, and 2003 recipient of the coveted Athena Award. She prides herself as being a good neighbor. Judy began her real estate career in December, 2002, and from 2004-2011 has been the Top Producer in the Lake Powell real estate market. She is also a licensed real estate Broker in Utah working as an Associate Broker with Trophy Real Estate. In 2010 she earned the prestigious Certified Distressed Property Expert® (CDPE) designation, having completed extensive training in foreclosure avoidance, with a particular emphasis on short sales. | |

Dan was born in Missoula, Montana but grew up in Litchfield Park, Arizona. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Montana. After graduating from college Dan played professional golf on the Golden State, and Hogan mini tours. In 1996 Dan received his real estate sales license, and in 2005 he went on to get his Brokers license. Dan specializes in new home sales and construction. He successfully built and sold two subdivisions from start to finish. Roy was born and raised in Southern California, where he met and married his wife Holly, in 1960. He was issued his first Real Estate Sales License in 1972, and ultimately operated two Residential Real Estate Offices in San Diego County. While on a "second honeymoon" in 2005 he and Holly fell in love with the Lake Powell Area. Soon they became permanent residents of Greenehaven. Roy has served as Executive Director of both the Page-Lake Powell Chamber of Commerce and the Powell Museum.
